What happens when I downgrade
The policy that protects your printed codes if your plan ever changes.
Do it
- Nothing, today: paid checkout has not opened yet, so there is no self-serve downgrade to walk through in the product right now. Everyone is on the free plan until billing goes live, and the pricing page says so plainly rather than hiding a Stripe form that doesn't exist behind an upgrade button.
What to expect
Once billing exists, the policy is unconditional and it is worth knowing in advance: free codes are never deactivated, on any plan history, and a downgrade never breaks a printed code. If a plan change ever puts you over the free plan's 3-code limit, codes beyond that count become read-only rather than deleted; you cannot edit them further, but every code, over the limit or not, keeps redirecting exactly where it already pointed. Scans, retargets already in place, and analytics keep working the same as before. This is written into the terms as a real commitment, not just phrased gently on this page.
