Delete your account and your data
The honest, current path to a full account deletion.
Do it
- Email hello@qrcdn.com from the address on your account and ask for it to be deleted.
- We verify it's really you, then delete the account by hand. Self-serve deletion isn't in the product yet, so this is the real path today, not a placeholder for one.
- If you want to keep a record of what you made first, note down your codes and their destinations before asking: nothing survives the deletion.
What to expect
Deletion is immediate and cascades once it happens: every code, brand kit, and API key you own, along with their scan history, is permanently removed at the database level, the same guarantee written into the privacy policy. There is no partial deletion offered on your behalf and no way to undo it once it runs. Any of your codes still printed somewhere, on a mug, a menu, a sign, stop resolving to your destinations and behave like any other unclaimed slug from that point on: a scan lands on a neutral page rather than an error, but it no longer reaches wherever you had pointed it.
